    本文针对忆阻神经网络在复杂动态环境下的同步控制问题,提出了一种基于Lyapunov方法的预设时间同步控制策略。该方法不仅能够保证在有限时间内实现同步,而且能够根据系统需求预先设定收敛时间,从而在理论和实际应用中兼具灵活性与高效性。本文首先回顾了忆阻神经网络的发展背景及其在智能计算中的应用,随后分析了传统同步控制策略的不足,并在此基础上提出一种新的控制器设计思路。通过严格的理论推导与稳定性证明,给出了该方法的有效性条件,并通过数值仿真实验验证了理论结果。研究表明,该方法在收敛速度、鲁棒性和抗干扰性方面均具有明显优势。

    Abstract:

    This paper addresses the synchronization control problem of memristive neural networks in complex dynamic environments and proposes a preset-time synchronization control strategy based on the Lyapunov method. The proposed approach not only guarantees synchronization within a finite time but also allows the convergence time to be predetermined according to system requirements, thereby achieving both flexibility and efficiency in theoretical analysis and practical implementation. The paper first reviews the background and applications of memristive neural networks in intelligent computation, then analyzes the limitations of conventional synchronization control strategies. On this basis, a novel controller design method is developed. Rigorous theoretical derivations and stability proofs are presented to establish sufficient conditions for the effectiveness of the proposed method. Numerical simulation results verify the theoretical findings and demonstrate that the proposed strategy exhibits significant advantages in convergence speed, robustness, and disturbance rejection.
