Abstract:To promote the development of assembled secondary lining design for highway tunnels constructed by mining method, the mature design and construction experience of shield, TBM, and mining methods was investigated, and representative domestic and foreign research results were summarized. The design of the assembled secondary lining for a mining-method highway tunnel was reviewed. Academic research progress, existing problems, and development prospects in tunnel assembly engineering were systematically sorted out, covering the development of assembled secondary lining, structural forms of assembled tunnels, segment blocks, segment parameters, lining joint properties, tunnel waterproofing and drainage, and field construction application of segments. The evolution of prefabricated secondary lining was reviewed, with emphasis on tunnels that have transitioned from cast-in-place to prefabricated lining. Prefabricated tunnel structural forms were summarized as commonly used full-component prefabrication and partial- component prefabrication. For segment blocks, the external loads acting on the tunnel ring and the current reference bases for segment width and thickness were summarized. Regarding lining joint properties, the lining assembly methods, segment joint types, and joint behavior were summarized. In terms of tunnel waterproofing and drainage, the waterproofing mechanisms of waterproof layers and segments were summarized. For tunnel construction and operation, on-site segment erection, construction load calculation, and seismic analysis of tunnels were reviewed. It can provide systematic references for the theoretical refinement, code development, and practical implementation of prefabricated secondary lining in mining-method highway tunnels, supporting the industrialization and greening of tunnel construction.
