    摘要:

    插入式钢圆筒成岛技术是一种工期短、对环境影响较小的先进人工岛建设方案。为明晰该技术的碳排放特征,并为未来同类工程的低碳建设提供理论指导,本文构建了基于工程量清单的人工岛建设期碳排放核算方法,并以港珠澳大桥东、西人工岛为案例进行了实证分析。结果表明,东、西岛碳排放量及结构高度相似,建设期碳排放均主要集中在“陆域形成”、“地基处理”和“岛壁结构”这三个阶段。在工序层级,碳排放高度集中,近30%来源于“钢圆筒制作、运输”。从来源构成看,钢材、混凝土和机械能耗是主要排放源,分别约占38%、23%和27%,最后,本文在考虑可行性的前提下,针对钢材、混凝土和柴油等关键排放源,初步提出了相应的绿色减碳建议。

    Abstract:

    The insertable steel cylinder island construction technology is an advanced artificial island construction scheme with a short construction period and minimal environmental impact. To clarify the carbon emission characteristics of this technology and provide the guidance for the low-carbon construction of similar projects in the future, this article constructed a carbon emission accounting method for the construction period of artificial islands based on the bill of quantities, and the method was applied to the East and West Artificial Islands of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB). The results show that Construction-phase emissions are predominantly concentrated in the land formation, ground treatment, and island retaining structure stages, with both islands exhibiting similar emission profiles. At the process level, carbon emissions are highly concentrated, with nearly 30% coming from "the production and transportation of steel cylinder". From the composition of sources, steel, concrete, and mechanical energy consumption are the main emission sources, accounting for approximately 38%, 23%, and 27% respectively. Finally, under the premise of considering feasibility, this paper preliminarily proposed corresponding green carbon reduction suggestions for key emission sources such as steel, concrete, and diesel.
