    摘要:

    随着风电、光伏等可再生能源大量接入,主动配电网源荷不确定性显著增加,系统运行面临新的挑战。本文提出了一种考虑多资源协调的结构-柔性层次鲁棒优化模型,联合调度储能、静止无功补偿装置(SVC)、电容器组(CB)及需求响应等多类资源,先确定储能启停和CB投切等结构性方案,构建系统运行基础,再动态调节SVC出力、储能功率、需求响应及主网购电等柔性资源,实现结构性决策与柔性资源的融合。提升系统对源荷波动的适应能力,用区间预算约束集对源荷不确定性建模,保证调度方案的鲁棒性。在IEEE 33节点系统上的仿真分析表明,该方法能够有效实现多资源的协调控制,提高了柔性资源调度的能力,提升了系统运行的经济性与安全性。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing integration of wind and photovoltaic energy, source-load uncertainties in active distribution networks have posed new operational challenges. This paper proposes a coordinated multi-resource scheduling method considering energy storage, SVC, CB, and demand response. Structural decisions, such as energy storage commitment and CB switching, were first determined to establish a robust system foundation. Then, flexible resources were dynamically adjusted to respond to real-time fluctuations. Uncertainties were modeled using interval and budget constraints to ensure solution robustness. Simulation results on the IEEE 33-bus system show that the proposed method enhances multi-resource coordination and improves both economic performance and operational security.
