    摘要:

    为降低源、荷不确定性对系统能量调度的影响,提出了一种离网型风光储耦合制氢系统两阶段能量调度策略,并建立日前-日内两阶段滚动优化调度模型。日前调度阶段,采用电解槽分级调度策略,并以系统富余功率或过剩功率与可再生能源总功率比值最小为目标函数,建立日前系统稳定性调度模型。日内调度阶段,考虑可再生能源与负荷的不确定性,提出储能分组调度策略,建立包含源、荷预测误差的日内调度目标函数,以滚动优化方式修正日前机组出力计划。对黏菌算法改进,使用改进黏菌算法求解调度模型。算例表明:所提出两阶段稳定性调度模型可有效应对源、荷不确定性对系统能量调度影响,提高了系统应对源、荷波动时的稳定性。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the influence of source and load uncertainty on system energy scheduling, a two-stage energy scheduling strategy for off-grid wind-photovoltaic-storage coupled hydrogen production system is proposed, and a two-stage stability scheduling model of day-ahead and intra-day is established. In the day-ahead scheduling stage, the electrolytic cell hierarchical scheduling strategy is adopted, and the day-ahead system stability scheduling model is established with the minimum ratio of system surplus power or excess power to total renewable energy power as the objective function. In the intra-day scheduling stage, considering the uncertainty of renewable energy and load, the energy storage grouping scheduling strategy is proposed, and the intra-day scheduling objective function including source and load prediction errors is established to correct the day-ahead unit output plan by rolling optimization. The slime mould algorithm is improved, and the improved slime mould algorithm is used to solve the scheduling model. The results show that the proposed two-stage stability scheduling model can effectively deal with the influence of source and load uncertainty on system energy scheduling, and improve the stability of the system in response to source and load fluctuations.
