    摘要:

    为了研究浇注PBX炸药装药爆炸壳体破片分布与炸药、壳体等的影响关系,采用典型浇注PBX炸药配方PBX-1装填不同壁厚的模拟弹,开展了模拟弹装药的水井爆炸破碎性试验。爆炸后破片回收率较好,对回收破片的数量分布、质量分布进行了统计分析,获得了破片分布与壁厚之间的规律,结合Payman模型进行了破碎性参数的分析计算,获得了破碎性参数与炸药装药之间的关系,并结合壳体破碎性对不同壁厚壳体炸药装药的有效杀伤距离进行了对比分析。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the relationship between the fragment distribution of the explosive shell of the cast PBX explosive charge and the explosives and shell, the typical cast PBX explosive formula PBX-1 was used to fill the simulated bombs with different wall thicknesses, and the explosion fragmentation test of the simulated bomb charge in water wells was carried out. The recovery rate of fragments after explosion is good. The quantity distribution and mass distribution of recovered fragments are statistically analyzed, and the law between fragment distribution and wall thickness is obtained. The relationship between fragmentation parameters and explosive charge is obtained by combining Payman model. The effective killing distance of explosive charge with different shell thickness is compared and analyzed according to the fragmentation of shell.
