    摘要:

    在工程中,凸轮驱动是一种非常普遍的驱动方式。分动式井径测井仪的推靠臂是其推靠装置中的重要部件。推靠臂凸轮磨损会使零件的几何尺寸减小,使其失去原有的设计功能。为研究推靠臂凸轮磨损可靠性,在Archard模型的基础上,针对推靠臂凸轮磨损进行了可靠性和灵敏度分析。研究表明,各随机变量的分布参数对凸轮磨损失效发生的几率影响效果不同。滑动距离对推靠臂凸轮失效概率的影响最大,磨损系数对其影响最小。允许磨损量的均值及材料硬度的均值对推靠臂凸轮失效概率产生负面影响,而其它的分布参数则对推靠臂凸轮的失效概率产生正面影响。

    Abstract:

    In engineering, Cam drive is a very common way of driving. The push arm of the split well diameter logger is an important component of its push and lean device. Push-back arm cam wear reduces the geometry of the part, make it lose its original design function. In order to study the wear reliability of the push arm cam, On the basis of the Archard model, reliability and sensitivity analysis was performed for push-back arm cam wear. Studies show that, the distribution parameters of each random variable have different effects on the probability of cam wear failure. The sliding distance has the greatest influence on the failure probability of the push arm cam, the wear coefficient has the least influence on it. The average value of allowable wear and the average value of material hardness have a negative impact on the failure probability of the push arm cam, while other distribution parameters have a positive effect on the failure probability of the push arm cam.
