    为研究机动车辆荷载作用下空间交叉隧道结构动力响应特性,以杭温高铁梧坞隧道与义东高速西甑山公路隧道交叉段为工程背景,建立交叉隧道三维动力计算模型,利用ABAQUS子程序模拟机动车辆在公路隧道内行驶,得到行车公路隧道、相邻侧公路隧道、上跨高铁隧道在机动车辆荷载作用下的加速度、位移、应力动力响应特性,并通过计算行车过程中监测截面每一时刻的安全系数分析了各隧道衬砌结构安全度变化规律。结果表明:机动车辆荷载对行车隧道自身影响较大,影响主要集中在行车位置下方区域,车辆通过时拱顶处安全度降低最为显著;对于上跨高铁隧道和相邻公路隧道,行车公路隧道内的机动车辆荷载对其影响整体较小,且其影响程度与近接距离密切相关;相邻侧公路隧道响应主要集中在与行车隧道的相邻一侧,右方隧道行车时其仰拱中心的安全度降低最明显;上跨高铁隧道响应主要集中在隧道仰拱位置,下方隧道行车时其左拱脚处的安全度降低最多。研究成果可为空间交叉隧道、城市地铁等地下工程的日常运营监测提供依据,并为类似空间交叉隧道工程的设计优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the dynamic response characteristics of the spatial crossing tunnel under the action of motor vehicles, taking the intersection section of Wuwu Tunnel of Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed railway and Xizhenshan Tunnel of Yidong Expressway as the engineering background, a three-dimensional dynamic calculation model was established by using the numerical simulation method and the subroutine was used to simulate the movement of motor vehicles. The acceleration, displacement, and stress response characteristics of a driving highway tunnel, adjacent side highway tunnel, and upper high-speed railway tunnel under the action of motor vehicle load are obtained, and the variation rule of structural safety degree of each tunnel is obtained by calculating the safety factor of the monitoring section at every moment in the process of driving. The results show that the influence of motor vehicle load on the driving highway tunnel is obvious, the influence is mainly concentrated under the driving position, and the safety degree of the vault decreases most during driving. For the upper high-speed railway tunnel and adjacent highway tunnel, the influence of motor vehicle load in the driving tunnel is mild on the whole, and the influence degree is closely related to the proximity distance. The response of the adjacent highway tunnel is mainly concentrated on the adjacent side of the tunnel with traffic, and the safety degree of the inverted arch center decreases most when the right tunnel is driving. The response of the upper high-speed railway tunnel is mainly concentrated in the inverted arch, and the safety of the left arch foot decreases most when the tunnel below is driving. The research results can provide a basis for daily operation monitoring of space cross tunnels, urban subways and other underground engineering and provide a reference for design optimization of similar spatial cross tunnel engineering.
