    摘要:

    在新冠肺炎疫情期间,全力保障应急物资流通,是保持生产生活平稳有序运行的先行条件。本文建立基于智慧物流系统的应急物资车辆运输系统架构,实现物流信息透明化。并基于百度地图实时监测道路拥堵情况,结合头脑风暴算法内核,根据实况路网模型求解带时间窗的应急物资车辆调度模型,使用Matlab工具结合隔离点实际地理坐标经纬度对其路径规划方案进行仿真,实现应急物资流通过程的数据交互和车辆调度方案的实时调整。该方法改善了疫情期间应急物资的运输效率。

    Abstract:

    During the new crown pneumonia epidemic, fully guaranteeing the circulation of emergency supplies is the prior condition to keep the production life running smoothly and orderly. This paper established the architecture of an emergency material vehicle transportation system based on an intelligent logistics system to realize the transparency of logistics information. It also monitored road congestion in real-time based on Baidu map, combined the kernel of the brainstorming algorithm, solved the vehicle dispatching model of emergency materials with time window according to the real road network model, and simulated its path planning scheme using Matlab tools combined with the actual geographic coordinates latitude and longitude of isolation points to realize the data interaction of emergency materials circulation process and real-time adjustment of vehicle dispatching scheme. The method improves the efficiency of emergency supplies transportation during the epidemic.
