    摘要:

    合环倒闸操作关系着系统供电可靠性和经济性,为提升电网运行人员合环倒闸成功率,解决合环电流的准确计算评估问题,本文在等值阻抗计算分析基础上,结合5G量测终端的电压向量采集装置,提出了一种合环电流的计算评估方法。以实际电网跨区合环点为算例,进行了合环电流的分析评估。结果表明,该方法能实时准确计算出合环稳态电流和冲击电流,为电网运行人员合环倒闸操作提供了确定性依据,在电网运行中有很强可行性和实用性。

    Abstract:

    The closing and switching operation is related to the reliability and economy of power supply. In order to improve the success rate of closing and switching by the regulation and operation personnel, and the closing current of the power grid cannot be calculated and evaluated accurately. Based on the calculation and analysis of equivalent impedance, combined with the voltage vector collection of 5G measurement terminal, the calculation and evaluation method of the loop closing current was proposed, and then the calculation and evaluation method of loop closing current was carried out by taking the actual cross region loop closing point of power grid as an example. The results show that the closing transient current and impulse current in real time could be calculated accurately, which provided a deterministic basis for regulating the closing and switching operation of operators. The strong feasibility and practicability of the method for calculating and evaluating the loop closing current of power grid was verified.
