    摘要:

    针对传统CFRP板锚具易出现滑脱、劈裂等现象,螺栓提供的预紧力大小难以控制的问题,对传统锚具的结构形式做出改进。通过理论分析新型锚具的受力机理,为新型锚具的结构尺寸设计提供理论依据。利用有限元软件对不同参数CFRP板锚具进行受力模拟,得出锚具设计尺寸参数进行试验研究。研究结果表明:当夹板横向两侧位移为0.65mm时,锚具的最大锚固效率为89.37%,CFRP板发生爆炸式破坏;锚具夹板内曲面式设计可通过控制夹板位移有效控制预紧力大小,增强挤压效果。

    Abstract:

    Since traditional CFRP plate anchors are prone to slippage and splitting, and the pre-tightening force provided by bolts is difficult to control, the structure of traditional anchors needs to be improved. With theoretical analysis of the force mechanism of the new anchorage, the paper provides a theoretical basis for the structural size design of the new anchorage. The finite element software is used to simulate the force of CFRP plate anchors under different parameters, and the design size parameters of the anchors are obtained for experimental research. The research results show that when the lateral displacement of the splint is 0.65mm, the maximum anchoring efficiency of the anchor is 89.37%, and the CFRP plate is explosively destroyed. The research also demonstrates that the inner curved design of the anchor splint can effectively control the pre-tightening force by adjusting the displacement of the splint , enhancing the extrusion effect.
