    摘 要:定检中机务人员的疲劳会导致失误、遗忘、错误等人为差错,极大增加了民机发生事故的概率。为有效分析和控制定检中机务人员的疲劳,综合考虑人-机-环因素交互的危害,建立了规范化定量化的安全性分析模型。首先运用功能可变性描述规则(RFV)和形式化语言UML对系统理论过程分析方法(STPA)进行改进,建立定检中疲劳致因与控制的综合分析模型,识别出定检中可变性指数较高的交互回路,分析出机务人员疲劳致因并形成对机务人员疲劳加以控制的安全规范。最后利用形式化工具UPPAAL对机务人员疲劳影响定检模块这一过程进行演绎,发现制约民机安全的瓶颈,为航空公司持续适航安全性方面提供理论参考。

    Abstract:

    [Abstract] The fatigue of aircraft crew during the scheduled inspection will lead to errors, forgetting, errors and other human errors, which greatly increases the probability of civil aircraft accidents. In order to effectively analyze and control the fatigue of aircraft crew during the inspection, a standardized and quantified safety analysis model was established considering the hazards of human-machine-environment interaction. First using RFV and UML (STPA) systems-theoretic process analysis was improved, the missile detection of fatigue cause and control the comprehensive analysis of model, identify the high variability index of missile detection interactive circuit, the crew fatigue is analyzed with the cause and form of control crew fatigue safety codes. Finally, the formal tool UPPAAL is used to deduce the process of the inspection module of the impact of aircraft crew fatigue, and the bottleneck restricting the safety of civil aircraft is found, which provides theoretical reference for the continuous airworthiness safety of airlines.
