    为准确预测冬冷干燥地区多层墙体保护下室内温湿度分布和动态变化,研究整体建筑的热湿耦合瞬态传递规律。本文基于Dancy定律,傅里叶定律,Fick定律等基础传递理论,采用热湿空气在墙体内部的非稳态耦合传递控制方程,以温度和相对湿度为驱动势,建立了整体建筑多孔介质墙体热湿耦合传递非稳态模型。通过重点研究两种保温建筑材料:石墨聚苯板和EPS保温板,对分别采用两种墙体下整体建筑的热湿耦合传递和对室内温湿度的调节进行模拟分析。结果表明,在冬冷干燥地区EPS的保温性能优于石墨聚苯板;经过24h的封闭模拟,两种情况下的室内的平均相对湿度分别为38.00%和36.50%,室内的平均温度分别为3.75℃和4.20℃;靠近墙壁处的相对湿度与室中央的温度之间的变化存在非线性关系。研究结果可以为冬冷干燥地区建筑外围护结构的设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately predict the indoor temperature and humidity distribution and dynamic change under the protection of multi-storey walls in cold and dry winter areas, the heat and humidity coupling transient transfer law of the whole building is studied. Based on the basic transfer theories such as dancy"s law, Fourier"s law and Fick"s law, the unsteady coupling transfer control equation of hot and humid air in the wall is adopted, and the temperature and relative humidity are taken as the driving potential, The unsteady state model of heat and moisture coupling transfer of integral building porous media wall is established. By focusing on two kinds of thermal insulation building materials: Graphite polystyrene board and EPS thermal insulation board, the heat and moisture coupling transfer and indoor temperature and humidity regulation of integral building with two kinds of walls are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the thermal insulation performance of EPS is better than that of graphite polystyrene board in cold and dry areas in winter; After 24h closed simulation, the indoor average relative humidity in the two cases are 38.00% and 36.50% respectively, and the indoor average temperature is 3.75 ℃ and 4.20 ℃ respectively; There is a nonlinear relationship between the relative humidity near the wall and the temperature in the center of the room. The research results can provide a reference for the design of building envelope in cold and dry areas in winter.
