    为探究CO2泡沫同步注浆液的性能及现场制备成本,通过正交试验和极差分析方法对CO2泡沫同步注浆液的最佳配比进行研究,对CO2在对同步注浆液的改性过程中的性能变化进行回归分析,并依托南京五塘广场隧道施工的现场浆液性能要求,利用多目标规划方法进行成本分析。结果表明:CO2泡沫同步注浆液最佳配比为水胶比0.8,粉灰比2.0,胶砂比0.5,膨水比0.16。回归拟合结果表明常规二次型回归模型更适合模拟CO2泡沫改性的同步注浆液的性能;通过MATLAB工具箱中的FMINCON函数进行多目标规划计算得出与现场浆液相同性能下CO2泡沫同步注浆材料成本更低。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the performance and field preparation cost of carbon dioxide foam synchronous slurry, the optimum proportion of carbon dioxide foam synchronous slurry was investigated by orthogonal experiments and extreme difference analysis method, based on the performance requirement of carbon dioxide slurry in the construction of Wutang Square tunnel in Nanjing, the cost of carbon dioxide slurry is analyzed by the method of multi-objective programming. The results show that the optimum proportion of carbon dioxide foam synchronous slurry is 0.8 for water and cementitious material, 2.0 for fly ash and cement, 0.5 for cementitious material and river sand, 0.16 for bentonite and water. The regression fitting results indicate that the conventional quadratic regression model is more suitable for simulating the performance of carbon dioxide foam-modified synchronous slurry. Multi-objective planning calculations using the FMINCON function in the MATLAB toolbox yielded a lower cost of carbon dioxide foam synchronous grouting material with the same performance as the field slurry.
