    摘要:

    铁路列控中心设备预防维修周期及更换周期的合理确定可以提高设备的可靠性和铁路运营的安全性。在引入役龄回退因子和考虑维修费用的基础上,建立基于时变可靠度的列控中心预防维修周期模型。以铁路某列控中心设备为例进行预防维修周期和更换周期的优化仿真,以时变可靠度为约束,给出设备预防维修周期和维修费用的计算公式;以可靠度收益为优化目标,确定其最佳预防维修次数;以维修总费用为优化目标,给出最佳预防维修周期和计划更换周期。研究表明:列控中心设备的最佳预防维修次数为14次,最佳更换周期为2.4年,且该模型能有效保障设备高可靠运用、合理安排维修计划、缩减维修费用以实现盈利,可为制定最佳维修策略提供技术支持。

    Abstract:

    The reasonable determination of preventive maintenance cycle and replacement cycle of train control center can improve equipment reliability and railway operation safety. On the basis of introducing recursion back factor and considering maintenance cost, a preventive maintenance cycle model of train control center based on time-varying reliability was established. The preventive maintenance cycle and replacement cycle of the certain railway train control center equipment was introduced as a simulation example. The calculation formula of equipment preventive maintenance cycle and maintenance cost was given with the constraint of time-varying reliability. With reliability benefit as the optimization goal, the best preventive maintenance times were determined. With maintenance cost as the optimization goal, the best preventive maintenance cycle and replacement cycle were provided. The research shows that the best preventive maintenance times of train control center equipment is 14 times and the best replacement cycle is 2.4 years. The model could effectively ensure the equipment highly reliable operation, arrange maintenance plans reasonably, Reduce maintenance costs to achieve profitability, and provide technical support for formulating the best repair policy.
