    当前,各大设计单位普遍使用AutoCAD绘图软件进行房间内火灾探测器的布置工作。运用CAD布置火灾探测器时,因其软件硬性束缚导致绘图可视化程度低;人工设计涉及专业多且设备布置数量大,导致绘图容易出错且效率较低。建筑设计过程可视化和自动化是当前学术界和产业界的热点问题,提升消防设计可视化程度和自动化程度可以避免因建筑工程庞大且设备布置工作复杂而导致的低效绘图,是设计工作从人工参与多到实现自动化的重要转变。BIM软件的可视化程度高且各专业间协同性强便于设计师绘图设计。因此本研究提出一种基于BIM模型的火灾探测器自动布置方法,依托Javascript创建火灾探测器自动布置插件。主要方法是通过三维凸壳增量算法求得模型凸包,结合三维模型布尔运算得到模型内部空间,再根据规范明确房间内探测器布置数量和布置方式,完成对建筑房间内火灾探测器的自动布置。

    Abstract:

    At present, AutoCAD is used by variety major design units to arrange the fire detectors in the room. The drawing visualization is low due to the compulsory restraint of the software when CAD is used to arrange fire detectors; manual design involves many disciplines and a large number of equipment layout, which leads to drawing error prone and low efficiency. The visualization and automation of architectural design process is a hot issue in the current academic and industrial circles, inefficient drawing can be avoided caused by large construction projects and complex equipment layout by improving the visualization and automation of fire protection design, and it is an important transformation of design work from manual participation to automation. The degree of visualization of BIM software is high and it has strong cooperativity among disciplines, which is convenient for designers to draw and design. Therefore, a method of automatic fire detector layout is proposed which is based on BIM model, and an automatic fire detector layout plug-in based on JavaScript is created. The main method is that fire detectors are arranged automatically in building rooms by combining that the convex hull of the model is obtained by three-dimensional convex shell incremental algorithm, and that the internal space of the model is obtained with the Boolean operation of the three-dimensional model, and the number and arrangement of detectors in the room shall be determined according to the specifications.
