Abstract:To change the large fluctuation of fluid pressure and production in the early and late stages of shale gas field production, the problem of poor adaptability to changes in working conditions during the production process of the gathering and transportation pipeline network. Based on the operation status and working conditions of the gathering and transportation pipeline network in a shale gas field in a block in Changning, the three aspects of pipeline network layout, transportation technology, and pressure boosting technology are selected respectively to select the optimal evaluation indicators for adaptability analysis and evaluation. The results show that the overall reliability of the gathering and transportation pipeline network in the Changning block is high, and the pressurization process is large in scale but low in pressurization efficiency. Under the maximum design scale of the rolling combined supercharging mode, try to increase the supercharging ratio as much as possible. The evaluation results aim to provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of the gathering and transportation pipeline network in the Changning block shale gas field.
