    摘要:

    为了在航班延误后给旅客提供更灵活的恢复方案,满足其对准点率愈加严格的要求,从联运网络的角度出发,对空铁联运恢复旅客行程的方法进行研究。首先将航线网络与高铁网络耦合,构建空铁联运时空拓扑网络。在此基础上以直接经济损失与旅客主观损失之和最小为目标建立旅客行程恢复模型,并依托联运网络设计旅客行程搜索算法。设置算例与传统恢复方案进行对比,结果表明:求解算法能够实现可行行程的高效搜索,提出的恢复方法能够兼顾航空公司与旅客利益,同时降低双方的延误损失。

    Abstract:

    To provide passengers with a more flexible recovery plan after flight delays and meet their increasingly stringent requirements of the alignment rate, the implementation method of air-rail intermodal transportation to restore passenger itinerary was studied on the basis of intermodal transportation network. Firstly, the airline network and the high-speed rail network were coupled to construct a space-time topological network of air-rail intermodal transportation. A passenger itinerary recovery model was established with the goal of minimizing the sum of direct economic losses and passengers’ psychological losses, and a passenger itinerary search algorithm was designed based on the network. Comparing the with the traditional recovery scheme, the results show that the algorithm can realize efficient search of feasible itineraries, and the proposed recovery method can benefit both airlines and passengers, and reduce the delay loss of both parties.
