    为了提高医药电商物流企业的拣货效率,本文根据拣货过程中存在的信息偏差问题,提出拣选订单整零分批拣选方式。引入医药品整箱规格和中包装规格作为拣选订单分批依据,设计带有箱规约束的三阶段订单分批程序实现订单分批,并构建基于修正系数(Modified Coefficient)和宽裕时间(Slack Time)的最小拣选标准时间模型,对比分析订单分批前后的时效性,验证订单整零拆分的必要性和模型的有效性和可行性。结合某公司的实际数据验证了拣选订单整零分批的优越性。研究发现,订单实现整零分批后拣货路程缩短,拣货效率由原来的48.8% 提高到65.6%,拣选时间由5.6h 缩短到3.8h ,整体上提升了医药电商物流企业配送中心的运作效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the picking efficiency of pharmaceutical e-commerce logistics enterprises, the whole zero batch picking method of picking orders is put forward in this paper according to the information deviation in the picking process.The full container specification and medium package specification of pharmaceutical products are introduced as the basis for picking orders. A three-stage order batching program with box rule constraint was designed to realize order batching and a minimum standard time model based on Modified Coefficient and Slack Time was constructed. The timeliness before and after order batching is compared and analyzed to verify the necessity of order splitting and the validity and feasibility of the model. Combined with the actual data of a company, the superiority of zero batch picking order is verified. This study found that the picking distance was shortened, the picking efficiency was increased from 48.8% to 65.6%, and the picking time was shortened from 5.6h to 3.8h, which improved the operation efficiency of the distribution center of pharmaceutical e-commerce logistics enterprises as a whole.
