Abstract:As the main force of clean and low-carbon energy transition, renewable energy is of great significance for China to achieve the goal of carbon peak and neutrality. To meet the challenges brought by a high proportion of intermittent renewable energy to the power system and adapt to the process of power system reform, promoting renewable energy consumption through marketization has become a key task. Firstly, the experience of foreign renewable energy development and market-oriented trading were analyzed. Secondly, the policies for the development of domestic renewable energy were scrutinized, and the current situation of renewable energy participating in the power market and the green certificate market was analyzed. Then, based on the goal of carbon peak and neutrality and the renewable energy consumption guarantee mechanism, the renewable energy market trading system was designed, including renewable electricity market, excess consumption market of renewable electricity, and green certificate market. Finally, a wind farm was taken as an example to analyze the market-oriented trading system proposed in this paper, in order to provide practical reference for promoting the market-oriented consumption and sound development of renewable energy.
