    为实现火炮上的特定点与火炮回转轴水平的距离测量,提出了系列基于测边网的测量方法。该系列方法是在测边网法测量火炮回转圆参数的基础上,将火炮上被测的特定点投影到测边网水平面上,通过测量水平面上特定点的投影点与回转圆上2个以上投影点之间的距离参数,便可解算出特定点的投影点相对坐标,从而计算出特定点与火炮回转轴的水平距离。根据距离参数冗余情况,这些方法被分为“非冗余法”和“冗余法”。“非冗余法”采用距离交会解算出特定点的投影点相对坐标。“冗余法”,首先,通过测边网条件平差的方法对所有测量参数值进行平差处理,得到各测量参数的平差值;其次,用平差值计算各点的相对坐标,并通过圆拟合得到火炮回转中心相对坐标;最后,计算水平面上特定点的投影点与火炮回转中心的距离。采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟的结果表明:在检测现场可实现的测量条件下,几种方式得到的测量误差都小于2 mm;随着测量条件的改变,“冗余测距法”始终比“非冗余测距法”的测量误差小。模拟结果说明新方法的可行性,为国家军用标准修订提供依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to measure the distance between the specific point and the artillery slewing axis, the series of measurement methods based on trilateration network were proposed. On the basis of measuring the parameters of the artillery slewing circle of the trilateration network method, these methods project the specific points measured on the gun onto the horizontal plane of the trilateration network. By measuring the distance parameters between the projection points of the specific point on the horizontal plane and more than two projection points on the rotation circle, the relative coordinates of the projection points of the specific point can be calculated, so as to calculate the horizontal distance between the specific point and the artillery slewing axis. According to the redundancy of distance parameters, these methods were divided into non-redundant method and redundant method. The non-redundant method uses the distance intersection solution to calculate the relative coordinates of the projection points of the specific point. For the redundancy method, firstly, all measured parameter values were adjusted by the method of conditional adjustment of trilateration network, and the adjustment values of each measured parameter were obtained. Secondly, the relative coordinates of each point were calculated by the adjustment difference of side length, and the relative coordinates of artillery slewing center were obtained by circle fitting. Finally, the distance between the projection point of the specific point on the horizontal plane and the artillery slewing center was calculated. The simulation results come from Monte Carlo method show that: when testing the measurement conditions that can be realized on site, the measurement errors obtained by several methods are less than 2 mm; with the change of measurement conditions, the measurement error of redundant method is always smaller than that of non-redundant method. The simulation results show the feasibility of the new methods and provide the basis for the revision of national military standards.
