    摘要:

    表面织构技术是通过在材料表面制备出具有一定排列规则的几何阵列的技术,通过表面织构技术改性的材料能够有效改善机械零件、微零件材料的摩擦学性能,现已越来越广泛地用于众多工程领域。近些年汽车发动机正向高功率、高速的方向发展,将表面织构技术应用于汽车发动机以改善曲轴轴承摩擦副的摩擦学性能,保证发动机在各种工况下也能够保持良好的性能起着重要作用。本文首先介绍了近年来表面织构技术在摩擦学领域的主要成果;之后从表面纹理形状、深度、面积占有率、排列方式等不同方面进行了分类综述;根据摩擦系数、磨损量体现材料表面织构改性后的减摩抗磨性能。为提升发动机的性能,使汽车发动机在恶劣条件下的使用寿命得到提高。最后对表面织构应用于汽车发动机曲轴的今后发展趋势进行了展望与预测。

    Abstract:

    Surface texture technology is a technology that prepares a geometric network with a certain arrangement on the surface of a material. The materials modified by surface texture technology can effectively improve the tribological properties of mechanical parts and micro-part materials. It is now more and more widespread It is used in many fields of engineering. In recent years, automotive engines have developed in the direction of high power and high speed.Surface texture technology has been applied to automotive engines to improve the tribological performance of friction pairs of crankshaft bearings and ensure that the engine can maintain good performance under various operating conditions. play an important role. This article first presents the main achievements of surface texture technology in the field of tribology in recent years; then it classifies and summarizes the shape of the surface texture, the depth, the occupancy rate of the area, the method of arrangement and other aspects; According to the coefficient of friction, the amount of wear reflects the surface texture of the material Friction and wear resistance after structural modification. In order to improve the performance of the engine, the life of the automotive engine under harsh conditions is increased. Finally, the future development trend of the surface texture applied to the automotive engine crankshaft is explored and predicted.
