    为了探究工业造纸废料在道路工程实际中的应用,基于动态剪切流变试验研究了木质素改性沥青在光热耦合条件下微观界面的粘结性,通过高分辨率的光学显微镜从宏观角度分析了沥青胶浆体系表观界面的相容性。结果表明:木质素改性沥青胶浆体系的界面行为在一定程度上反映沥青整体材料的固结能力,基于Ashida.M-α与Ziegel.K-β值随粉胶比及温度的变化关系可知,二者均随木质素掺量的增加出现了先上升后下降的趋势,意味着高粉胶比的改性沥青虽体现出良好的抗老化性能,但却带来较弱的界面粘结性能。高粉胶比的改性沥青容易在光热耦合条件下出现界面相的分离与破坏。在中高温范围内,沥青混合料的粘结力受温度变化影响较大。由Cole-cole图可知各沥青胶浆体系的相容性良好,高温时表现出较强的粘弹性及抗变形能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the practical application of industrial papermaking waste in road engineering, based on dynamic shear rheological experiments, the adhesion of lignin-modified asphalt at the micro-interface under the conditions of light and heat coupling was studied. A high-resolution optical microscope was used from a macro perspective. The compatibility of the apparent interface of the asphalt mortar system is analyzed. The results show that the interface behavior of the lignin-modified asphalt mortar system reflects the consolidation ability of the overall asphalt material to a certain extent, based on the relationship between the Ashida.M-α and Ziegel.K-β values with the change of the powder-to-rubber ratio and temperature. Both of them showed a trend of first rising and then falling with the increase of lignin content, which means that the modified asphalt with high powder-to-binder ratio exhibits good anti-aging performance, but it brings weak interfacial bonding performance. . Modified asphalt with high powder-to-binder ratio is prone to interface phase separation and destruction under the conditions of light-heat coupling. In the medium and high temperature range, the cohesive force of asphalt mixture is greatly affected by temperature changes. From the Cole-cole diagram, it can be seen that the compatibility of each asphalt mortar system is good, and it exhibits strong viscoelasticity and resistance to deformation at high temperatures.
