    极高地应力条件下隧道掌子面围岩遇水软化崩解会引起一系列工程问题,通过对三种代表性岩样崩解试验研究,揭示了软岩膨胀岩软化崩解规律。结果表明:软岩膨胀岩的耐崩解指数随循环次数增加依负指数函数递减;软岩膨胀岩矿物组成类型和含量是影响其崩解性强弱的主要因素;基质型和填充型岩样崩解主要由亲水性矿物吸水膨胀引起,5次循环后其崩解指数分别趋于5%和25%;接触型岩样崩解主要由胶结键断裂引起,5次循环后其崩解指数为80%左右,崩解性微弱;可将小于0.25 mm和大于5 mm的粒径组含量变化作为该软岩膨胀岩崩解性强、弱界限粒径。

    Abstract:

    The softening and disintegration of surrounding rocks at the palm face of tunnels under extremely high ground stress conditions can cause a series of engineering problems. The softening and disintegration law of soft rock expansive rocks was revealed through the disintegration test study of three representative rock samples. The results show that: the disintegration index of soft rock swelling rocks decreases as a function of the number of cycles; the type and content of mineral composition of soft rock swelling rocks are the main factors affecting the strength of disintegration; the disintegration of matrix type and filling type rock samples is mainly caused by water absorption and swelling of hydrophilic minerals, and the disintegration index tends to 5% and 25% respectively after 5 cycles; the disintegration of contact type rock samples is mainly caused by the breakage of cementation bonds, and the disintegration index is about 80% after 5 cycles. The disintegration index is about 80% after 5 cycles, and the disintegration is weak; the change of the content of the particle size group less than 0.25 mm and more than 5 mm can be taken as the limit particle size for the strong and weak disintegration of the soft rock swelling.
