    摘要:

    为研究人口老龄化背景下新型养老社区,通过2018年12月实施的《城市居住区规划设计标准》,以老龄化衍生出的全龄化社区为研究对象,将“养老”与“社区建设”结合,基于住宅配比法,构架建设全龄化社区适老生活圈,从规模控制、配套设施、道路设置、交往活动空间和住宅建筑方面提出建议,探索全龄化养老社区新模式。研究结果表明:根据居住区分级标准,提出四种“适老生活圈”,以此缓解老龄化带来的社会压力,促进养老社区健康发展;探索适合城市发展的全龄养老、终生养老和老有所为的“全龄化”养老社区,帮助老人实现积极老龄化与就地养老。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the new elderly care community under the background of population aging, through the urban residential area planning and design standard implemented in December 2018, taking the full-age community derived from aging as the research object, combining "elderly care" with "community construction", and based on the residential matching method, construct a full-age community suitable for the elderly life circle, from scale control, supporting facilities, road setting Put forward suggestions on communication activity space and residential buildings, and explore a new model of full-age elderly care community. The results show that: according to the classification standards of residential areas, four "suitable life circles" are proposed to alleviate the social pressure brought by aging and promote the healthy development of elderly care communities; Explore "full-age" pension communities suitable for urban development, such as full-age pension, lifelong pension and promising elderly, to help the elderly realize active aging and local pension.
