    摘要:

    湛海高铁旅客车船转运方案是一种新设想,主要研究内容有车船转运方案的港址选择、总体设计思路、车船接驳运营分析、车船转乘行人流仿真分析、跨海总用时分析、以及工程技术难度、投资估算、经济效益、远期可逆性。研究表明:方案所提出的空车等船、空船等车的设计理念,可大大节省转运时间,高铁旅客完成跨越琼州海峡的分析用时为36min,设计用时取45min,时间富裕系数为1.25;仿真分析结果显示,4.2min可完成所有乘客完成换乘,换乘环境良好;高铁港口综合站采用双凸堤4股道、8个换乘泊位的布置形式,能够满足每小时开行8对动车的高峰接驳运营强度;车船转运方案具有用时短、经济效益好、技术难度小、对生态环境影响小、对过海通道的远期建设具备可逆性等优点。

    Abstract:

    Zhanhai high speed railway passenger car and ship transfer scheme is a new idea. The main research contents include port site selection, overall design ideas, analysis of vehicle ship connection operation, simulation analysis of passenger flow from vehicle to ship transfer,analysis of total cross sea time, engineering technical difficulty, investment estimation, economic benefits, long-term reversibility. The results show that:the design concept of empty cars waiting for ships, empty ship waiting for cars can save a lot of the transfer time. The analysis time of high-speed rail passengers crossing Qiongzhou Strait is 36 minutes, the design time is 45 minutes, and the time margin coefficient is 1.25; The simulation results show that all passengers can transfer in 4.2min, and the transfer environment is good;The layout of high-speed rail port comprehensive station is 4 tracks with double convex dikes and 8 transfer berths, which can meet the requirements of 8 pairs of motor car per hour; The vehicle ship transfer scheme has the advantages of short time, good economic benefits, low technical difficulty, little impact on the ecological environment, reversibility for the long-term construction of sea crossing channels, etc.
