    摘要:

    基于柱间支撑和泡沫混凝土的优点,提出了一种可用于结构受力的内置柱间支撑泡沫混凝土墙板。为研究该类墙板的抗侧性能,采用通用有限元分析软件建立了该类墙板的数值分析模型,通过对比分析,验证了有限元分析模型参数选取的有效性。在此基础上,分析了该类墙板的泡沫混凝土强度、钢材材质、支撑截面厚度等参数变化对结构抗侧性能的影响。采用叠加原理,推导了该类墙板的抗侧刚度和抗剪承载力计算公式,并与有限元分析结果进行了比较。研究结果表明:该墙板具有较大的水平抗侧刚度,能极大的改善钢框架结构的抗侧性能,其抗侧刚度和抗剪承载力近似计算方法具有较高的计算精度,可适用于该类墙板的工程应用。

    Abstract:

    Based on the advantages of inter column braces and foam concrete, a foam concrete wallboard with built-in column braces for structural stress is proposed. In order to study the lateral resistance performance of this kind of wallboard, the numerical analysis model of this kind of wallboard is established by using the general finite element analysis software. Through comparative analysis, the effectiveness of the parameter selection of the finite element analysis model is verified. On this basis, the influence of parameters such as foam concrete strength, steel material and thickness of braces section on the lateral resistance of the wall panels is analyzed. Based on the principle of small deformation superposition, the calculation formula of lateral stiffness of this kind of wallboard is derived and compared with the results of finite element analysis. The research results show that: the wallboard has a large horizontal lateral stiffness, which can greatly improve the lateral resistance performance of steel frame structure, and its approximate calculation method of lateral stiffness and shear bearing capacity has high calculation accuracy, which can be applied to the engineering application of this kind of wallboard.
