    针对航空发动机及燃气轮机内流场压力测试探针尺寸小、测点多、高精度、高可靠性的要求,基于CFD(Computational fluid dynamics)仿真分析手段,根据圆柱绕流的特点,对不同直径的探针进行了气动性能分析,研究其表面压力分布规律,根据CFD分析结果确定了总静压复合探针设计方案并加工了试验件,试验件的风洞校准试验分析结果表明:在来流无偏角的情况下,Ma0.2到Ma0.6的范围内,Φ10 mm探针静压孔角度在±50o时、Φ12 mm探针静压孔角度在±47.5o时、Φ14 mm探针静压孔角度在±45o时,测量误差在±1%以内,可满足一般试验的精度要求。另外,在满足探针±1%的测量误差的前提下,Φ10 mm探针静压测量不敏感角在马赫数0.2~0.5范围内,可达到±18o;在马赫数0.6时,能达到±15o。Φ12 mm和Φ14 mm探针静压测量不敏感角在马赫数0.2~0.4范围内,可达到±18o;在马赫数0.5时,能达到±12o;在马赫数0.6时,可达到±3o。探针的总压测量误差在马赫数0.2~0.6、±15o的偏转角度范围内可达到±0.3%的发动机测试要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the requirements of small size, multiple measuring points, high precision and high reliability of pressure probes in the flow field of aero-engine and gas turbine, based on CFD simulation analysis method and according to the characteristics of flow around a cylinder, the aerodynamic performance of probes with different diameters is analyzed, and the surface pressure distribution is studied. Then the design scheme of total static pressure composite probe is determined and the test pieces were processed. The calibration results of the test pieces show that when the Mach number is 0.2 to 0.6 and the flow has no deflection, the static pressure hole angle of the probe with a diameter of 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm are ±50o, ±47.5o and ±45o, the measurement error is not more than ±1%, which can meet the accuracy requirements of general test. In addition, on the premise of meeting the measurement error of ±1%, the static measurement insensitive angle of 10 mm diameter probe can reach ±18o at Mach number of 0.2~0.5 and it can reach ±15o at the Mach number of 0.6. The static measurement insensitive angle of 12 mm and 14 mm diameter probe can reach ±18o at Mach number of 0.2~0.4 and it can reach ±12o and ±3o at the Mach number of 0.5 and 0.6 respectively. The total pressure measurement errors of the probes are not more than ±0.3% at Mach number of 0.2~0.6 and insensitive angle of ±15o, which can meet the accuracy requirements of engine test.
