    摘要:

    高压隔离开关是电力系统中使用规模最大的开关设备,隔离开关机械故障多发但缺乏有效的诊断方法。该文介绍了动力学仿真原理与数值计算方法,并建立了GW5-126型隔离开关动力学仿真模型。通过对GW5-126型隔离开关合闸过程进行刚柔耦合动力学仿真,得到了GW5正常状态、卡涩、三相不同期状态下的仿真结果,分析总结了操动杆转矩在不同机械状态下的变化规律。对比了隔离开关正常与故障状态下的起始转矩、啮合转矩、啮合时间、转矩峰值、转矩峰值时间等特征量,对隔离开关机械故障诊断具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    High voltage disconnector is the largest switchgear used in power system. Mechanical faults of disconnector occur frequently, but there is a lack of effective diagnosis methods. In this article, the dynamic simulation principle and numerical calculation method are introduced, and the dynamic simulation model of the GW5-126 disconnector is established. Through the rigid flexible coupling dynamic simulation of GW5-126 disconnector, the simulation results of GW5 under normal state, jamming state and three-phase inconsistent state are obtained, the variation law of operating rod torque under different mechanical states is analyzed and summarized. The starting torque, meshing torque, meshing time, torque peak and torque peak time of disconnector under normal and fault conditions are compared, which has reference value for the mechanical fault diagnosis method of disconnector.
