    摘要:

    为了提高飞行学员的决策绩效,探究飞行学员的情绪稳定性在不同时间压力条件下对其决策绩效的影响,采用Flight Simulator飞行软件和眼动仪,模拟不同时间压力下的进近着陆飞行场景,利用卡特尔16人格因素量表,测量飞行学员情绪稳定性对决策绩效的影响。实验结果表明:时间压力对飞行学员的决策绩效产生负向影响;飞行学员的情绪稳定性对其注视方式和决策绩效均有显著影响;飞行学员的平均注视时间在其情绪稳定性对决策绩效的影响中起完全中介作用,而其注视次数在情绪稳定性对决策绩效的影响中起部分中介作用。因此,通过提高飞行学员的情绪稳定性,进一步影响其学员的注视方式和决策绩效,从而可以提高飞行安全水平。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the decision-making performance of student pilots and explore the impact of student pilots" emotional stability on their decision-making performance under different time pressure, Flight Simulator software and eye movement instrument were used to simulate the approach and landing flight scenes under different time pressure, and the impact of student pilots" emotional stability on decision-making performance was measured by Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16PF). The experimental results show that time pressure has a negative impact on student pilots" decision-making performance; the emotional stability of student pilots has a significant impact on their fixation pattern and decision-making performance; the average fixation time of student pilots plays a complete mediating role in the impact of emotional stability on decision-making performance, while its fixation counts plays a partial mediating role in the impact of emotional stability on decision-making performance. Therefore, the flight safety level can be improved by improving the emotional stability of student pilots and further affecting their fixation pattern and decision-making performance.
