    结合混凝土桥梁底板裂缝注浆材料应满足流动度好、变形能力强及凝结时间短等技术要求,通过苯丙乳液和纳米SiO2对超细硅酸盐水泥和超细硫铝酸盐水泥胶浆进行复合改性,系统研究了苯丙乳液掺量对超细水泥胶浆的施工性能和力学性能的影响规律,最终确定了其合理配比。试验结果表明:尽管苯丙乳液对超细水泥胶浆的抗压强度具有一定不利影响,但能显著改善超细水泥胶浆的施工性能,提高其抗折强度、拉伸变形能力和折压比,从而提升超细水泥胶浆的韧性。经苯丙乳液和纳米SiO2复合改性的超细水泥胶浆可望在混凝土桥梁底板裂缝的修补工程中得以推广应用。

    Abstract:

    According to the technical requirements such as good fluidity, deformation ability, short setting time for concrete bridge crack grouting material, superfine Portland cement and sulphur aluminate cement mortar was composite modified by, styrene acrylic emulsion and ultrafine nano - SiO2, and the effects of the dosage of styrene-acrylic emulsion on the workability and mechanical properties of ultrafine cement slurry were studied systematically. Finally, the reasonable ratio of ultrafine cement slurry was determined. The test results show that although the styrene-acrylic emulsion has a certain adverse effect on the compressive strength of the ultrafine cement slurry, it can significantly improve the construction performance of the ultrafine cement slurry, and improve its flexure strength, tensile deformation ability and flexure ratio, so as to enhance the toughness of the ultrafine cement slurry.The superfine cement slurry modified by styrene-acrylic emulsion and nano-SiO2 is expected to be widely used in the repair of cracks in the floor of concrete Bridges.
