    通过两种设备模拟透水沥青路面清孔设备中高压喷水及负压抽吸的功能,并设计了路面清孔设备运行的模拟方法;采用四因素三水平正交试验,以渗水系数恢复率、肯塔堡飞散损失及大型平板飞散损失为评价指标,得出不同设备参数下清孔的效果及其对混合料性能的影响,以此确定路面清孔最佳方案;将最佳方案应用于试验路上,评价其现场清孔效果,结果表明:喷头水压对试验结果影响最大,出水角度和负压抽吸功率其次,且二者较为接近,冲洗次数影响最小;最佳参数组合为喷头水压15 MPa、入水角度45°、冲洗次数2次、回收功率4 800 W;对堵塞的透水沥青试验路清孔后,路面的渗水系数有较大提升,可恢复至满足规范要求,说明本文提出的清孔方案可有效恢复路面的渗水性能。

    Abstract:

    Two kinds of equipment are used to simulate the function of water spraying and suction in the function recovery equipment of porous asphalt pavement. And the simulation method of pavement function recovery equipment operation is designed. The experiment is designed according to four factors and three levels orthogonal table. The recovery rate of permeability coefficient, the Cantabro flying loss and the slab flying loss are used as evaluation indexes to obtain the effect of cleaning and the influence on the performance of the mixture under different equipment parameter. And the optimal plan of porous aspahlt pavement void cleaning was determined according to the research above. Apply the best plan to the test road and evaluate its effect. The results show that the water pressure has the greatest impact on the test results, followed by the water outlet angle and negative pressure suction power, and the two are relatively close, and the flushing times has the slightest impact. The best combination of parameters is 15 MPa water pressure, 45° water inlet Angle, 2 flushing times and 4 800 W recovery power. After the void cleaning of clogging porous asphalt pavement, the permeability coefficient of the pavement has been greatly improved and can be restored to meet the requirements of the specification, indicating that the cleaning plan proposed in this paper can effectively restore the permeability performance of the pavement.
