    主动油气悬架具有车身姿态和高度实时控制、阻尼、刚度参数实时调节,路面情况适应性好等特点,能使车辆在不同的运动状态或路面情况下始终保持良好的平顺性和操纵性能。随着计算机控制技术和电控技术的快速发展,以及人们对于乘车舒适性的要求愈来愈高,主动油气悬架在车辆上的应用需求日益增加,尤其是针对一些行驶路况较差、载重量大的高速重载底盘工程车辆,传统的被动油气悬架也难以满足其平顺性要求,采用主动油气悬架系统对车辆行驶的平顺性进行升级成为当前研究的热点。本文对车辆的主动油气悬架系统的原理及特点进行分析,以及对国内外高速重载车辆的主动油气悬架系统平顺性控制研究与应用现状进行总结和回顾,详细阐述了油气悬架进行主动控制常用的控制策略,最后对高速重载车辆的主动油气悬架系统技术的未来发展做出了展望。

    Abstract:

    Active hydro-pneumatic suspension has the characteristics of real-time control of body attitude and height, real-time adjustment of damping and stiffness parameters, good adaptability to road conditions, etc., which can make the vehicle always maintain good ride comfort and handling performance under different moving states or road conditions. With the rapid development of computer control technology and electronic technology, and people more and more high to the requirement of ride comfort, active suspension of oil and gas application in vehicle demand is increasing, especially in some poor driving conditions, large capacity of high-speed heavy chassis engineering vehicles, the traditional passive suspension of oil and gas is difficult to meet the requirements of the ride comfort, The use of active hydro-pneumatic suspension system to upgrade the ride comfort of vehicles has become a hot topic of current research. In this paper, the vehicle active suspension system of oil and gas is analyzed, the principle and characteristics, as well as the domestic and foreign high speed heavy-duty vehicle active suspension system of oil and gas comfort control summarizes and reviews the present situation and problems of research and application, in detail elaborated the commonly used control strategy for active suspension control of oil and gas, finally the high-speed heavy-duty vehicle active suspension system of oil and gas technology has made the outlook for the future development.
