    摘要:

    油井管作为油气田开采过程中的基础设施,随着油气田的不断深入开发,油气井的实际开采环境越来越恶劣,其接头螺纹连接处的腐蚀失效问题日益突出和严重。为保障井筒完整性,提高油井管的使用寿命,本文对几种典型的油井管接头螺纹腐蚀类型进行了介绍,详细分析和综述了其腐蚀机理和影响因素。针对文中介绍的腐蚀类型,对其的腐蚀防护技术进行了系统性的总结。并对油井管接头螺纹腐蚀的发展方向进行了探讨,认为多种因素耦合作用下的油套管腐蚀防护研究是未来主要的研究方向。

    Abstract:

    As the infrastructure in the process of oil and gas field production, with the continuous in-depth development of oil and gas fields, the actual production environment of oil and gas wells is becoming worse and worse, and the failure problem of the threaded joint by corrosion is becoming more and more prominent and serious. To ensure the integrity of wellbore and improve the service life of oil well pipe, several types of corrosion of oil well pipe thread joints have been introduced with their corrosion mechanisms and influencing factors also were analyzed and summarized in detail. In this paper, the types of corrosion and the corrosion protection technology are systematically summarized. The development direction of oil well pipe thread joint corrosion is discussed, and it is considered that the research on oil casing corrosion protection under the coupling of multiple factors is the main research direction in the future.
