    综合停电管理是电网运行方式安排的重要工作。停电计划的优化需要考虑电网运行约束,当考虑N-1预想故障后,急剧增加了该优化问题的求解复杂度。对此,本文提出基于预想故障集迭代的停电计划优化方法。通过增加备选开断支路首端节点电压相角作为状态变量,将电网非线性运行约束转化为线性约束,建立了考虑重复停电、尽量满足初始计划、发电成本等实际工程关心的因素为目标函数,进而构建停电计划的混合整数线性二次规划模型;同时构建迭代补充预想故障集的框架,缩减问题的计算规模,并确保最终计划满足N-1准则。通过对IEEE 14节点与南方某局部简化的电网13节点系统进行仿真分析,表明了本文方法能高效地实现停电计划的优化调整。

    Abstract:

    Comprehensive outage management plays an important role in the arrangement of power network operation mode. Network operational constraints are generally considered in power outages plan optimization. However, when considering the predicted fault of network N-1, the solving complexity of the optimization problem increases greatly. Therefore, based on preconceived fault set iteration, this paper proposes a power outage planning optimization method. Voltage angles at from buses of lines that require maintenance are used as additional state variables to transform the nonlinear operation constraint of power system into a linear constraint. Based on the cost of power generation, considering the repeated power outage and the initial plan as the objective function, a mixed integer linear quadratic programming model for power outages planning was established. To ensure the final plan meets the N-1 criterion, this paper not only checks the initial plan and optimization results, but also constructs the framework of iteratively supplementing the expected fault set to reduce the computational size of the problem. Simulation analysis of the IEEE 14-node system and a local simplified 13-node system in southern China proves the proposed method can effectively realize the optimization and adjustment of power outages plans.
