    为研究与防控炼铝固废赤泥堆放造成的地下水污染,从山东省某炼铝固废堆厂采集了赤泥样本,首先通过室内污染物浸泡试验,研究了赤泥在不同浸泡时间和不同比例条件下污染物的浓度变化;然后,运用去离子水进行了土柱淋滤试验,模拟了降雨条件下赤泥堆土淋滤液在下渗过程中污染物的迁移情况。结果表明,浸泡液中F-的浓度最高可达54.1mg/L,超标53倍;SO42-的浓度可达259.57mg/L,已超出III类水标准,Al3+可达29.20mg/L,超标57倍;浸泡水量相较于浸泡时间对赤泥中组分的浸出影响更显著;淋滤液中F-、Na+、Al3+和TDS的浓度整体呈现先增大后逐渐减小的趋势,其原因主要是发生了离子交换反应以及生成了CaF2和MgF2。在自然降雨条件下赤泥中的Mg2+和Fe3+不易随淋滤液迁移进入包气带造成污染,因此赤泥污染防控时,应将F-、Al3+、SO42-等污染成分作为主要防控对象。

    Abstract:

    In order to study and prevent and control the groundwater pollution caused by the stacking of aluminum smelting solid waste and red mud, red mud samples were collected from an aluminum smelting solid waste plant in Shandong Province. First, through indoor pollutant soaking tests, the red mud was studied for different soaking times and Concentration changes of pollutants under different concentration conditions; then, a soil column leaching test was carried out using deionized water to simulate the migration of pollutants during the infiltration process of the red mud pile soil leaching under rainfall conditions. The results show that the concentration of F- in the soaking solution can reach up to 54.1 mg/L, which is 53 times exceeding the standard; the concentration of SO42- can reach 259.57 mg/L, which has exceeded Grade III water quality standard, and the concentration of Al3+ can reach 29.20 mg/L, which is 57 times exceeding the standard. The amount of soaking water has a more significant effect on the leaching of components in the red mud than the soaking time; the concentration of F-, Na+, Al3+ and TDS in the leaching solution showed a trend of first increasing and then gradually decreasing. The main reason is that the ion exchange reaction and the formation of CaF2 and MgF2. Under natural rainfall conditions, the Mg and Fe in the red mud are not easy to migrate with the leached liquid into the vadose zone and cause pollution. Therefore, when the red mud pollution is controlled, F-、Al3+、SO42 and other pollution components should be the main prevention and control objects.
