In order to study the influence of different rubber aggregate substitution rates on the mechanical properties of aeolian sand concrete,10 groups of concrete specimens with different mix ratios were designed and manufactured. Through basic mechanical properties tests, SEM and EDS testing techniques for each specimen, the mechanism of rubber aggregate and aeolian sand on the mechanical properties of concrete was compared and analyzed.The microstructure of cement mortar interface transition zone of rubber aggregate aeolian sand concrete and rubber aggregate concrete was studied.The results show that the compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of rubber aggregate aeolian sand concrete and rubber aggregate concrete all decrease with the increase of rubber aggregate substitution ratio.The folding ratio increases with the increase of rubber aggregate substitution ratio.The addition of rubber aggregate makes the transition zone of the interface between rubber aggregate and cement mortar unstable, showing more micro pores, which leads to the decrease of concrete strength.
