    摘要:

    航空发动机的导管是连接附件和腔室的重要零件,传输的介质通常为高温、高压流体。在设计过程中研究其振动特性,优化管路设计,对降低发动机研发成本和风险具有重要意义。本文基于理论分析及ANSYS有限元分析软件,研究了管径、壁厚、弯曲半径、转角角度、跨度及支承刚度等结构特征对导管固有频率的影响规律及导管固有频率对各影响因素的敏感度。并以某型发动机导管振动应力偏大为例,研究了导管振动调频优化问题,结果表明,通过调整导管跨度,调高固有频率,可以显著降低振动应力。

    Abstract:

    The duct which usually transmits high-temperature and high-pressure fluid is important part connecting accessory and chamber to aero-engine. It is significance benefit to reduce costs and risks during engine development to study vibration characteristics and optimizing design of ducts during design process. The influence factors including tube diameter, wall thickness, bending radius, corner angle, span and support stiffness of the duct natural frequency and the sensitivity of duct natural frequency to each theses factor have been researched based on theoretical analysis and ANSYS software in the paper. The optimization of adjusted vibration frequency is also studied with an example that an engine duct has the problem of excessive vibration stress. The results show that the vibration stress can be significantly reduced by adjusting duct span to increased natural frequency.
