    摘要:

    开关磁阻电机具有结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、输出扭矩大等优点,但也存在转矩脉动大的不足,限制了它的应用范围。为抑制其转矩脉动,该文提出一种新型定子结构,在定子磁极端部两侧加入一个楔形角,减小气隙在定转子开始重合时的突变,降低了气隙磁场能量骤变,进而减小转矩脉动。首先分析了该特殊楔形结构各参数对平均转矩及转矩脉动的影响,在此基础上,采用三维可视化算法对楔形结构参数进行多目标约束寻优,得到最优参数集,最后,利用有限元电磁场计算软件进行仿真,验证设计方案的有效性。结果表明,该新型楔形结构能够有效地抑制转矩脉动,同时对电机平均转矩影响较小。

    Abstract:

    Switched reluctance motor has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, low cost, and large output torque, however, it also has the defect of large torque ripple, which limits its application fields. In order to suppress the torque ripple, a new type of stator structure is proposed in this paper. A wedged angle is added on each side of the stator pole end, which reduces the sudden change of the air gap when the stator and rotor start to overlap. It can decrease the energy saltation in the air gap magnetic field, so as to reduce the torque ripple. Firstly, the influence of each parameter of the special wedged angle on the average torque and torque ripple was analyzed. On this basis, the parameters of the wedged angle were optimized with the three-dimensional data visualization algorithm, and the optimal parameter set was obtained. Finally, the finite element simulation was used to verify the effectiveness of the design scheme. The results show that the wedged angle proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the torque ripple and has little influence on the average torque of the motor.
