    摘要:

    为解决高速公路进度管理过程中由于数据采集低效、实时监控管理不到位所导致的各种难题,采用信息化手段弥补传统进度管理缺陷,实现进度智慧化管理。在梳理分析相关文献基础上,结合专家建议从资源供应水平、组织管理及智慧文化、实施效益水平、监管预警能力4个方面构建了高速公路进度智慧化管理效果评价指标体系;应用熵权法确定各指标权重;运用灰色聚类评价模型评判贺巴高速公路(来宾至都安段)建设进度智慧化管理的效果值。结果表明信息化技术可以实现进度实时的动态管控,且达到了良好的进度智慧化管理效果,对建筑领域具有实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to resolve various problems caused by inefficient data collection and inadequate real-time monitoring management in the process of Expressway schedule management, information means are used to make up for the defects of traditional schedule management and realize intelligent schedule management. On the basis of combing and analyzing the relevant literature, combined with experts’ suggestions, the effect evaluation index system of Expressway schedule intelligent management was constructed from four aspects: resource supply level, organization management and wisdom culture, implementation efficiency level, supervision and early warning ability; The weight of each index was defined by entropy weight method; The grey clustering evaluation model was used to evaluate the effect value of intelligent management of construction schedule of Heba Expressway (Laibin Du'an section). The results show that the information technology can realize the real-time dynamic control of the progress, and achieve a good effect of intelligent management of the progress, which has practical application value in the construction field.
