    摘要:

    为了解决地铁隧道明挖施工中坑中坑分区开挖和内支撑转换对周边环境影响的问题。本文依托郑州地铁5号线西沙区间明挖段二期工程,对坑中坑分区开挖和内支撑体系转化过程中基坑围护结构和周边环境的变形规律进行了研究。并初步得到:调整各小基坑宽度、开挖和换撑顺序对围护结构和周边环境的影响非常显著。而改变各小基坑共用围护墙插入深度对围护结构和周边环境的影响相对较弱。实际工程中,当一侧小基坑外周边环境保护要求较高时,建议偏向该侧设置中隔墙。如果无法调整中隔墙位置和小基坑开挖深度,而小基坑宽度大的一侧坑外周边环境保护要求又较高,建议先开挖宽度小、深度浅的小基坑,后开挖宽度大、深度深的小基坑,这样可以减小对对围护结构和周边环境的影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the influence of partition excavation and internal support conversion on surrounding environment in open excavation of subway tunnel. Based on the second phase of open-cut section of Xisha Section of Zhengzhou Metro Line 5, this paper studies the deformation law of foundation pit enclosure structure and surrounding environment in the process of pit partition excavation and internal support system transformation. It is preliminarily obtained that adjusting the width of each small foundation pit, the excavation and replacement sequence have a very significant impact on the retaining structure and the surrounding environment. The effect of changing the depth of common retaining wall on retaining structure and surrounding environment is relatively weak. In practical engineering, when the surrounding protection requirements of one side of small foundation pit are higher, it is recommended to set the middle partition wall on the side. If the position of the middle partition wall and the excavation depth of the small foundation pit can not be adjusted, and the protection requirements of the large width of the small foundation pit are higher, it is recommended to excavate the small foundation pit with small width and shallow depth first, and then excavate the small foundation pit with large width and deep depth, so as to reduce the influence on the retaining structure and the surrounding environment.
