    为研究装配预燃室火花塞对天然气发动机燃烧性能的影响,本文基于发动机试验台架,对其燃烧性能进行了试验研究。首先,基于试验对象,搭建发动机试验台架。随后,基于上述试验平台,分别研究预燃室火花塞的燃烧特性、空燃比特性及点火提前角特性。通过试验发现,相较于普通火花塞,预燃室火花塞可以有效提高缸内燃烧压力与燃烧速率,增强发动机动力性能,但同时会增大缸内压力升高率,导致NOx排放增加,发动机工作粗暴;预燃室火花塞稀燃特性有所下降,当提高空燃比时,更容易出现失火现象;预燃室火花塞可显著提升发动机经济性能,且最佳点火提前角有所减小。

    Abstract:

    In order to research the effect of pre-chamber spark plug on the combustion performance of natural gas engines, an experimental study of natural gas engine was conducted based on the engine test bench. Firstly, an engine test bench was built based on the test object. Subsequently, the combustion characteristics, air-fuel ratio characteristics and ignition advance angle characteristics of the pre-chamber spark plug were studied based on the above test platform. According to experimental data, it was found that the pre-chamber spark plug can effectively increase the combustion pressure and combustion rate in the cylinder, and enhance the engine power performance. However, it also increased the in-cylinder temperature and pressure rise, resulted in higher NOx emission and rougher working condition. Besides, when increasing the air-fuel ratio, misfire was more likely to occur if the natural gas engine was equipped with pre-chamber spark plug. Last but not the least, the pre-chamber spark plug can significantly improve the economic performance of the engine, and reduce the optimal ignition advance angle.
