    大规格双拼组合角钢构件相对于普通规格多角钢组合截面构件,以承载力高、施工简便和耗能少等优点,逐步在工程实践中的得到了推广。本文以Q420大规格双角钢十字组合截面构件为对象,构建了大规格双角钢十字组合截面构件的有限元模型,采用控制变量法,探讨了填板厚度、角钢壁厚、长细比、填板间距对大规格双拼组合角钢构件承载能力的影响规律;基于不同参数的计算结果,拟合了含有填板间距和长细比的填板设计公式,进而计算了大规格双角钢十字组合截面构件的承载力稳定系数,并将计算结果与国内外现行规范中的双拼角钢组合截面的柱子曲线进行了对比。研究结果表明:现行规范对Q420大规格双角钢十字组合截面构件承载能力的计算偏保守。

    Abstract:

    Compared with ordinary multi-angle steel composite cross-section members, large-size double-split combined angle steel members have been gradually promoted in engineering practice due to their advantages of high bearing capacity, simple construction and low energy consumption. This paper takes Q420 large-size double-angle steel cross-section component as the object, and constructs a finite element model of large-size double-angle steel cross-section component. Using the controlled variable method, the influence of the thickness of the slab, the width-to-thickness ratio, the slenderness ratio, and the spacing of the slab on the load-bearing capacity of large-size double-assembled angle steel members is discussed. Based on the calculation results of different parameters, the design formula of the filling plate containing the spacing and slenderness ratio of the filling plate is fitted, and then the bearing capacity stability coefficient of the large-size double-angle steel cross composite section member is calculated. The calculation results are compared with the column curves of the double-piece angle steel composite section in the current domestic and foreign codes. The research results show that the current code is conservative in the calculation of the load-bearing capacity of Q420 large-size double-angle steel cross-section members.
