    摘要:

    夹心保温墙板集成凸窗结构广泛应用于预制装配式建筑结构中,在环境温度作用下,夹心保温墙板由于不锈钢连接件的存在,导致线膨胀系数不同的两种材质即连接件和混凝土协同变形,使凸窗结构内产生内力。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对某典型尺寸的预制夹心保温墙板集成凸窗结构进行重力荷载及温度作用下内力分析,得到了中间保温层温度变化梯度及连接件处应力分布情况,分析了考虑温度影响的凸窗结构力学性能。分析结果表明,在室内外温差较大时,夹心保温墙板连接件的应力均小于材料屈服强度,附近混凝土拉应力均小于对应强度设计值,凸窗整体结构不会出现明显损伤。

    Abstract:

    The precast sandwich insulation wall panels window is widely used in prefabricated concrete structure. Under the variable temperature environment, due to the existence of stainless steel connectors, the cooperative deformation happens between the connectors and the concrete, producing internal force because of its different linear expansion coefficient. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze internal force of the typical size bay window structure enclosed with the precast sandwich insulation wall panels under the gravity and temperature loads, the temperature gradient of the intermediate insulation layer and the stress distribution at the connectors were obtained, and the mechanical properties of bay window structure considering the temperature effect was analyzed. The results showed that the stress of the steel connectors was much less than its yield strength.The tensile stress of the concrete was less than its design value. No obvious damage had been discovered in the bay window structure.
