    摘要:

    天水市秦州区地理位置特殊,以滑坡为主的地质灾害频繁发生,严重威胁当地居民的生命财产安全。为了有效缓解秦州区地质灾害进一步扩大,通过全面调查城区北山的(吴家崖-成纪新城段)地质灾害类型、分布范围、结构特征、影响因素等,结合专家学者对该区域滑坡、不稳定斜坡、崩塌和泥石流的研究成果,对其稳定性、危害方式及潜在经济损失进行评价。针对各地质灾害点自身形成条件和发育特点,紧密衔接城市发展规划,提出工程治理、部分搬迁和监测预警等多项行之有效的治理方案。该方案的实施不仅可以保障城区北山地段地质灾害危险区域内人员与物资的安全,而且能够创造和谐稳定的投资生产环境,对秦州区城市发展和经济建设提供基础支撑和服务功能。

    Abstract:

    The Qinzhou District of Tianshui is with a special geographical location, where geological hazards dominated by landslides occur frequently, which is seriously threatening the lives and property safety of local residents. In order to effectively alleviate the threat from geological hazards’ further expansion, an overall investigation of the types, distribution, structural characteristics and factors of geological hazards in North hill of the Distrcit was made, and of which the stability, hazard ways and potential economic losses were evaluated, combining the research from former scholars on landslides, unstable slopes and debris flows in this area. Focusing on the special formation conditions and development characteristics of various hazards, an effectual management plan of engineering control, partial relocation and detection alarm, which is closely engaging with the urban development plan, was proposed. The implement of this plan could not only guarantee the safety of personnel and materials in the area, but also create harmonious and stable business environment, which provided fundamental support and service for the urban development and economic construction of Qinzhou District.
