    为了研究水性环氧乳化沥青和环氧树脂砂浆作为表面强化材料用于排水沥青路面表面强化技术,通过室内渗水试验、单面肯塔堡飞散试验、湿轮磨耗试验以及摆式摩擦系数测定试验研究表面强化对排水沥青路面渗水性能、抗飞散性能以及抗滑性能的影响,并依托西阜高速公路排水沥青试验段进行了排水沥青路面表面强化实体工程应用及效果评价。研究结果表明:排水沥青混合料表面强化后,渗水性能随之降低;其抗滑性能也略有降低;抗飞散性能提高较大。实体工程采用0.2 Kg/m2(0.02 g/cm2)的水性环氧乳化沥青和2 Kg/m2(0.2 g/cm2)的环氧树脂砂浆用量对排水沥青路面进行表面强化,表面强化后的排水沥青路面渗水系数有一定程度的损失,但在后期过程中,其渗水系数的衰减速率明显缓于普通排水沥青路面,表明其有一定的防空隙堵塞功能;其摩擦系数有所降低,但仍然表现出了良好的使用性能;表面强化后初期、3个月以及6个月后的排水沥青路面芯样的飞散损失均小于普通排水沥青路面,表明其提高了排水沥青路面抵抗飞散病害的能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to study waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and epoxy mortar as surface strengthening materials for porous asphalt pavement surface strengthening technology, permeability coefficient test, Cantabro test, wet track abrasion test and friction coefficient test were used to study the effect of surface strengthening on the permeability, anti-ravelling and skid resistance performance of porous asphalt pavement. The application of surface strengthening of porous asphalt and the effect evaluation were relied on Xifu Expressway. The results show that after the surface strengthening, the permeability and skid resistance performance are reduced while the anti-ravelling performance is improved. 0.2 Kg/m2(0.02 g/cm2) of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and 2 Kg/m2(0.2 g/cm2) of epoxy mortar are used in solid project to strengthen the surface of drainage asphalt pavement. The permeability has a loss after the surface strengthening. However, in the later process, the decrease rate of its permeability coefficient is obviously slower than that of ordinary porous asphalt pavement. It shows that the pore plugging of porous asphalt pavement can be reduced by surface strengthening. The friction coefficient has been reduced, but the performance still meets the standard. The ravelling loss of the core sample of porous asphalt pavement after surface strengthening is less than that of the ordinary porous asphalt pavement, indicating that it can improve the anti-ravelling performance of porous asphalt pavement.
