    富水泥岩隧道开挖过程中开挖面易失稳。以巴东隧道穿越富水紫红泥岩段为工程背景,基于岩土控制变形分析及现场调查将开挖面稳定性评价为“C类稳定形态”,提出超前帷幕注浆结合超前管棚的预加固措施。基于离散元方法构建泥岩隧道开挖模型,分析开挖面失稳过程及前方围岩变形破坏特征。结果表明:开挖面失稳过程呈现“挤出变形-局部塌落-明显溜塌”的渐进破坏特性。发生溜塌后,开挖面前方拱部径向4.5m,纵向15m范围松动区发育,孔(裂)隙率由0.1增至0.186;隧底出现相应范围的隆起区,颗粒接触力链分布稀疏,从宏细观层面进一步说明富水泥岩段开挖面前方失稳性强。考虑以上围岩扰动范围,提出了超前帷幕注浆参数,经现场应用,开挖面前方围岩加固效果良好,有效保证了大断面隧道施工安全,可为类似富水泥岩隧道设计、施工参考。

    Abstract:

    The tunnel face excavation in rich-water mudstone stratum is liable to be unstable. The face of Badong tunnel through purple-red mudstone section collapsed, the stability of the tunnel face is evaluated as "class C stable form" based on the ADECO-RS and field investigation, and advance curtain grouting combined with pipe shed are proposed to stabilize the advanced surrounding rock. Subsequently, excavation model of the tunnel is built by means of particle flow code software to analyze the instability process of tunnel face and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock in front. The results show that the instability process of the face presents the progressive failure characteristic of “extrusion deformation-local collapse-obvious collapse”. After the collapse, the radial direction of the arch is 4.5m, and the longitudinal direction is 15m. The loose area is developed, and the hole (crack) ratio increases from 0.1 to 0.186; the uplift area appears at the bottom of the tunnel in front of the face, and the distribution of contact force chain is Sparse, it further shows that the instability of the front of tunnel face is strong, Considering the above disturbance range of surrounding rock, advance curtain grouting parameters are proposed. Through field application, the surrounding rock reinforcement effect in front of the tunnel is good, which effectively guarantees the safety of tunnel construction, and can provide reference for the design and construction of tunnels though similar water-rich mudstone.
