Abstract:With the advantages of simple installation, short construction cycle and low cost, the application of suction bucket foundation in offshore wind power industry is increasing generally. However, because of the complex and changeable marine environment, the directions of wind and wave loads are often not the same. These complicated sea conditions that occurs in the practical engineering projects need to be considered. Therefore, the test of suction four-bucket foundation under double-point heterotrophic cyclic loads is carried out. The prototype soil of a certain sea area is selected, and the bearing capacity of the four-bucket foundation is explored. And the change rules of the bearing capacity of the foundation are analyzed. The test results show that the bearing capacity of the foundation is weaker when there is an angle between the two loads. It can be seen that, under normal operating conditions, the influence of cyclic loads on the foundation with different load angles should be valued.
