Abstract:The pharmaceutical industry is related to the national economy and personal livelihood. In addition to its excellent performance, good storage and transportation environment is also important for the function realization of the medicine. In order to ensure the activity of drugs, it is necessary to be in a suitable temperature and humidity environment in the process of distribution. In this regard, a specially designed drug distribution storage box is required to complete the cold chain distribution of drugs. In this paper the three main refrigeration modes of refrigerators are introduced and compared: semiconductor refrigeration, phase change storage refrigeration and vapor compression refrigeration. Compared with the other two modes, semiconductor refrigeration is more accurate in temperature control and can be operated without refrigerant and pollution. Regarding the mature manufacturing process, the semiconductor refrigeration is a better refrigeration method. At the same time, combined with the literature at home and abroad in recent years, the development of pharmaceutical distribution refrigerators is introduced and the design points of refrigerators are summarized from four aspects, which are energy use, external environment, internal air flow and dehumidification and defrosting. And then the development directions of medicine distribution refrigerators are provided.
