According to the characteristics of artillery brigade or regimen equipment support, the system of evaluating index is put forward. By using the theory of Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for reference, the evaluating model based on cloud method is established. Furthermore, this model is confirmed by an example. Through the analytic result, the model is regarded of feasibility and high practice value.
